骨关节活力操练习对青年白领柔韧性影响的研究

摘要 目的:探索骨关节活力操对青年白领柔韧性的影响和作用,为大众健身提供理论依据。方法:随机招募60名20-39岁青年白领接受12周,每周3次,每次45分钟的骨关节活力操练习,12周训练前后分别进行关节活动度、转肩握距、俯卧背伸、坐位体前屈等柔韧性指标的测试。结果:1.骨关节活力操练习可以显著增加青年白领肩关节伸展、内收活动度。2.骨关节活力操练习可以显著改善青年白领髋关节伸展、外展活动度。3.骨关节活力操练习可以显著改善青年白领踝关节背屈活动度。4.骨关节活力操练习对青年白领转肩握距、俯卧背伸、坐位体前屈均有良好的促进作用。结论:骨关节活力操融入了日常生活的身体功能训练,可以有效改善青年白领柔韧性,对于保持关节活动度,对抗因增龄和活动减少带来的柔韧性下降,有非常良好的效果,可以降低静坐少动以及不良身体姿势带来的身体隐性损害,是白领全民健身的良好选择。 Objective:This study aims to explore the influence and function of the Joint Activity Exercise(JAE)on the flexibility of young white-collar workers,so as to provide a theoretical basis for public fitness.Methods:A total of 60 young white-collar workers aged 20-39 were recruited to complete 45-min intervention training program with three sessions weekly for 12 weeks.Joint Range of Motion,Shoulder-to-shoulder Grip,Prone Back Extension and Sitting Forward Bending were tested at the baseline and shortly after the training.Results:1.JAE can significantly increase the ROM of shoulder extension and adduction of young white-collar workers.2.JAE can significantly improve the ROM of hip extension and abduction of young white-collar workers.3.JAE can significantly improve the ROM of ankle dorsiflexion of young white-collar workers.4.JAE has an amazing promoting effect on young white-collar workers'Shoulder-to-shoulder Grip,Prone Back Extension and Sitting Forward Bending.Conclusion:Daily life physical function training was integrated into JAE,which can effectively improve the flexibility of young white-collar workers.It has a very good effect on maintaining joint mobility and combating the decline in flexibility caused by aging and reduced activities.It can reduce the hidden damage caused by sedentary inactivity and bad body posture.JAE is a good choice for white-collar fitness.
