青年体育骨干教师的学术意识与专业成长路径研究

Research on Young Backbone PE teacher's Academic Consciousness and Professional Development Path

本文以建设和培养体育骨干教师队伍为突破口,以点带面,以带动全体体育教师队伍整体素质的提升为重点,以使全体体育教师的综合素质得到提升为核心,以使青年体育教师培养质量得到提高为最终目标,计划建造一支以满足本专业发展需要,质量过硬、技能精湛、“双师”素质高、结构合理、梯队充足的教学团队,从而进一步促进学校体育教育教学水平向纵深发展,打造一支“双师型”骨干教师队伍。

Based on the the cultivation of backbone PE teachers as a breakthrough point,this research aims to enhance the overall quality of all young physical education teachers.It is planned to build a“double-qualified”teaching team with high quality,superb skills,reasonable structure and sufficient echelon to meet the professional development needs,so as to further promote the in-depth development of physical education level and create a team of“double-qualified”backbone teachers.
