湖北省校园足球夏令营球员技术能力研究——以2021年湖北省校园足球夏令营初中组为例

Study on Technical Ability of Campus Football Summer Camp Players in Hubei Province——A Case Study of the Junior High School Group at 2021 Hubei Campus Football Summer Camp

运用文献资料、数据分析等方法对2021年湖北省校园足球夏令营(初中组)活动的现状进行分析,以参加2021年湖北省校园足球夏令营初中组的576名运动员为研究对象(非守门员540人,守门员36人),记录其综合技术能力测试成绩,通过对初中组运动员的技术能力评定,来掌握湖北省校园足球初中组运动员的技术发展状况。统计数据分析结果,分析夏令营现状,探讨湖北省初中阶段校园足球运动员的发展困境,希望能够为湖北省校园足球夏令营活动的可持续发展和优秀青少年足球人才的培养提供理论依据和实践参考。研究认为夏令营还存在营训内容缺少德育评价、夏令营足球文化氛围不浓、初中校园足球后备人才培养有待完善等问题。并提出加强对学生的全面培养、加强夏令营足球文化建设、建立校园足球初中阶段足球人才培养体系等发展建议。

Using literature review,data analysis and other methods to analyze the current situation of activities in the Hubei Province campus football summer camp(junior high school group)in 2021,this research took 576 athletes who participated in the Hubei Province campus football summer camp junior high school group as the research objects(540 non-goalkeepers,36 goalkeepers).By recording their comprehensive technical ability test results,this research aims to grasp the technical development status of the junior high school players in campus football in Hubei Province through the evaluation of the technical ability of the junior high school players.By analyzing the results of statistical data and the current situation of summer camps,the development dilemma of campus football players at the junior high school stage in Hubei Province has been discussed,in the hope of providing a theoretical basis and practical reference for the sustainable development of campus football summer camp activities in Hubei Province and the cultivation of outstanding youth football talents.This research suggests that there are still problems in summer camps,such as lack of evaluation of moral education in the content of the training,the lack of a strong atmosphere in summer camp football,and the need to improve the training of reserve talents for junior high school football.And the suggestions such as strengthening the overall training of students,strengthening the construction of summer camp football culture,and establishing a football talent training system at the junior high school stage of campus football have been put forward.
