基于属性偏序的针灸治疗原发性痛经取穴规律的知识发现

Knowledge Discovery of Acupoint Selection Rules of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea Based on Partial-ordered Structure Attribute Theory

目的基于属性偏序结构理论研究针灸治疗原发性痛经取穴规律。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、重庆维普全文数据库有关针灸治疗原发性痛经的文献,筛选出符合纳入标准的案例共1455个,建立针灸治疗原发性痛经数据知识库,分别生成属性偏序结构系列图进行知识发现。结果通过属性偏序结构图研究可知:现代医家针灸治疗原发性痛经常用穴位6个,常用穴位对18组,5条常用经脉及其常用穴位12个。结论属性偏序结构图有助于针灸取穴规律研究。

Objective To research acupoint selection rules of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea based on partial-ordered structure attribute theory.Methods The literatures about acupuncture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea from China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database,Chinese Science and Technology periodical Database.A total of1455 cases were selected according to the inclusion criteria,and a raw data repository for acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for primary dysmenorrhea was built.Results Through the research of attribute partial sequence structure diagram,it could be known that modern medical acupuncture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea usually uses 6 acupoints,18 acupoint pairs,5 commonly used meridians and 12 common acupoints belonging to them.Conclusion The structural partial-ordered attribute diagram is beneficial to research on the rules of acupoint selection.
