国医大师梅国强教授经方治疗咳喘病经验举隅

Clinical Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine Master Professor Mei Guoqiang in Treating the Disease of Cough and Asthma by Classical Prescriptions

对于咳喘病而言,梅国强教授认为宣降失常是其关键病机,最易产生的病理产物有气滞、痰浊、水饮和瘀血;临证时,应当首先分清表里,次辨寒热虚实;肺为娇脏,选方多宜轻清。通过详细记录梅国强教授运用经方治疗咳喘病的3个验案,并分析其结合的中医经典理论、运用经方的思路和要点、处方用药的原则和特色,以期为中医临证提供参考。

For the disease of cough and asthma,Professor Mei Guoqiang believes that the disorder of profession and depression is the key pathogenesis,the most common pathological products of which are qi stagnation,phlegm,fluid retention and blood stasis.In the clinical process,we should distinguish exterior from interior firstly,differentiate cold and heat as well as deficiency and excess secondly,because lung is delicate,the choice of prescription should be light and gentle.This article makes a detailed record of three clinical medical cases of Professor Mei Guoqiang in the treatment of the disease of cough and asthma mainly by classical prescriptions,and analyzes its combination with classical theory of Chinese medicine,the main points and the train of thought of using the classical prescriptions,as well as principles and characteristics of drug selection and administration,with a view to provide a reference for clinical Chinese medicine.
