摘要
子宫肌瘤(Uterine leiomyoma,UL)是女性最多发的生殖肿瘤。UL引发的各种临床问题已然成为患者整体生活质量下降的主要原因。作者有幸跟随王新斌老师临诊学习,发现老师擅用中医中药医治UL,屡奏效验,感悟深刻。文章根据门诊真实病例,阐述王新斌老师利用益气消癥方治疗UL的经验,探析具体治疗,以期丰富临床诊治。
Uterine leiomyoma(UL)is the most frequent reproductive tumor in women.UL induced clinical problems have become the main reason for the overall quality of life of patients.The author had the honor to follow Teacher Wang Xinbin’s clinical study,and found that the teacher was good at using traditional Chinese medicine to treat UL,which had been repeatedly effective and experienced deeply.Based on the real cases in the clinic,this paper expounds Wang Xinbin’s experience in treating UL with Yiqi Xiaozheng prescription,and analyzes the specific treatment in order to enrich the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
