益气通络消癥法对COPD患者肺功能及血清CRP、PCT水平的影响

Effect of Yiqi Tongluo Xiaozheng Method on Pulmonary Function and Serum CRP and PCT Levels in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients

目的观察益气通络消癥法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者肺功能的影响。方法选取2018年2月—2020年2月在江西省婺源县中医院诊治的COPD急性加重期患者70例,随机分为对照组(35例,给予硫酸特布他林雾化液雾化吸入治疗)和观察组(35例,硫酸特布他林雾化液雾化吸入+益气通络消癥汤治疗),比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(94.29%vs 74.29%,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组呼吸高峰流量、1 s用力呼吸容积、用力肺活量均高于对照组,血清C反应蛋白、降钙素原均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将益气通络消癥法用于COPD患者治疗中临床疗效良好,可有效减轻患者炎症反应,增强肺功能。

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Tongluo Xiaozheng method on lung function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in acute exacerbation period.Methods A total of 70 patients with acute exacerbation COPD who were treated in Wuyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=35,treated with terbutaline sulfate aerosol inhalation treatment)and observation group(n=35,nebulized inhalation of terbutaline sulfate aerosol and treatment with Yiqi Tongluo Xiaozheng decoction).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(94.29%vs 74.29%,P<0.05).After treatment,peak respiratory flow,1 second forced respiratory volume and forced vital capacity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while serum C-reactive protein and procalcitonin were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Tongluo Xiaozheng method can effectively reduce patients’inflammatory response and enhance lung function.
