温针灸联合补脾益肠丸治疗脾肾亏虚型慢性溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Warming Needle Moxibustion Combined with Bupi Yichang Pills in the Treatment of Chronic Ulcerative Colitis of Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Type

目的研究分析温针灸联合补脾益肠丸治疗脾肾亏虚型慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法截取2019年9月—2020年9月济南市市中嘉懿中医诊所收治患脾肾亏虚型慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者90例为研究对象,患者随机平均分入2组当中,参照组45例患者采取温针灸治疗,试验组45例患者采取温针灸+补脾益气丸治疗,治疗后比较组间患者临床疗效。结果试验组患者经临床治疗后,疾病症状缓解时间各项均短于参照组患者(P<0.05),临床治疗效果显著高于参照组患者,组间数据比对,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脾肾亏虚型慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者,采用温针灸联合补脾益肠丸治疗,可于短时间内缓解患者疾病所致症状,降低疾病影响,临床治疗效果良好,治愈几率较高,因此在临床中对脾肾亏虚型慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者存在较高的应用价值。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with Bupi Yichang pills in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis of spleen and kidney deficiency type.Methods 90 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis of spleen and kidney deficiency type admitted to Ji’nan Zhongjiayi Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic from September 2019 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,45 patients in the control group were treated with warming needle moxibustion,and 45 patients in the experimental group were treated with warming needle moxibustion and Bupi Yiqi pill.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of patients between the groups was compared.Results After clinical treatment,the remission time of disease symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05),and the clinical treatment effect was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic ulcerative colitis of spleen and kidney deficiency type,warming needle moxibustion combined with Bupi Yichang pills can release the symptoms caused by the disease in a short period of time after treatment,reduce the impact of the disease,the clinical treatment effect is good,the cure rate is high,so there is a high clinical application value in patients with chronic ulcerative colitis of spleen and kidney deficiency type.
