穴位敷贴联合耳穴贴压对COPD稳定期患者咳嗽症状及肺功能的影响

Effects of Acupoint Application Combined with Auricular Point Pressing on Cough Symptoms and Lung Function in Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨穴位敷贴联合耳穴贴压对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月在江西省新余市中医院就诊的COPD稳定期患者86例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取穴位敷贴联合耳穴贴压。对比2组咳嗽症状、肺功能及血气分析指标。结果观察组干预8周后咳嗽症状改善有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/预计值水平、氧分压高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二氧化碳分压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴联合耳穴贴压能够减轻COPD稳定期患者咳嗽症状,改善肺功能,缓解气喘,调节血气分析指标,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 86 patients with stable COPD who were treated in Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups with random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group applied acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing on the basis of the control group.Cough symptoms,lung function and blood gas analysis indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of cough symptom improvement in the observation group after 8 weeks of intervention was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),FEV_(1)/forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV_(1)/predicted value The level and oxygen partial pressure are higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with auricular point pressure application can alleviate cough symptoms in patients with stable COPD,improve lung function,relieve asthma,and adjust blood gas analysis indexes.It is worth applying.
