竹叶石膏汤联合针刺治疗胃失和降之呃逆验案

Proved Cases of Zhuye Shigao Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Failure of Stomach Qi to Descend Hiccup

竹叶石膏汤出自《伤寒论》,其主要作用是益气和胃、清热生津,治疗伤寒、温病、暑病之后,余热未清、气津两伤证,为清补之剂;针刺疗法是用金属制成的针,刺入人体一定的经脉的穴位,运用手法,刺激穴位,使之得气,以调整营卫气血;呃逆为胃失和降、气逆动膈;本研究运用竹叶石膏汤联合针刺治疗胃失和降之呃逆,临床效果较明显,值得临床推广。

Zhuye Shigao decoction comes from Shanghan Lun.Its main function is to benefit qi and stomach,clear heat and produce saliva,treatment of typhoid fever,febrile disease,heat disease,residual heat,qi and jin injury syndrome,as the qing supplement.Acupuncture and moxibustion is made of metal needles.It penetrates into certain acupoints of the meridians of the human body.Hiccups were associated with stomach loss and dyspnea.In this study,Zhuye Shigao decoction combined with acupuncture was used to treat failure of stomach qi to descend hiccup,and the clinical effect is obvious,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
