穴位按摩联合艾灸对妇科腹腔镜术后患者的临床护理效果

Clinical Nursing Effect of Acupoint Massage Combined With Moxibustion on Postoperative Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的研究穴位按摩联合艾灸护理对妇科腹腔镜手术患者的临床效果。方法选择2018年3月—2020年3月在赣州市妇幼保健院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的妇科患者82例,采用随机分组的方式将其分成对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组在术后接受常规妇科微创手术护理;观察组术后在常规妇科微创手术护理的基础上,实施穴位按摩联合艾灸护理干预。结果观察组患者护理干预前后疼痛程度、睡眠质量、生活质量、心理状态评分水平的改善幅度大于对照组;对腹腔镜术后护理服务总满意度高于对照组;术后不良反应少于对照组;术后疼痛消失时间、术后下床活动时间、术后住院治疗时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合艾灸护理干预可以在短时间内减轻腹腔镜手术妇科患者疼痛,帮助患者保持良好的心态,改善睡眠质量和生活质量,减少相关不良反应,缩短术后恢复和住院治疗总时间,提高患者对术后护理服务的总满意度。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with moxibustion nursing intervention for gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods 82 gynecological patients who received laparoscopic surgery in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with an average of 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine gynecological minimally invasive surgery nursing.The observation group received acupoint massage combined with moxibustion nursing intervention on the basis of routine gynecological minimally invasive surgery nursing.Results The improvement of pain degree,sleep quality,quality of life,psychological status score level of the observation group before and after nursing intervention was greater than that of the control group;the total satisfaction degree of nursing service after laparoscopic operation was higher than that of the control group;the postoperative adverse reactions were less than the control group;the time of postoperative pain disappearance,postoperative ambulation time and postoperative hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with moxibustion nursing intervention for gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can relieve pain in a short period of time,help patients maintain a good attitude,improve sleep quality and quality of life,reduce related adverse reactions,shorten the total time of postoperative recovery and hospitalization treatment,and improve patients’total satisfaction with postoperative nursing service.
