基于快速康复外科理念的医护一体化护理干预对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后恢复及并发症发生率的影响

Influence of Integrated Nursing Intervention Based on Fast Track Surgery Concept on Postoperative Recovery and Incidence of Complications of Patients with Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy

目的 探讨基于快速康复外科(FTS)理念的医护一体化护理干预对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后恢复及并发症发生率的影响。方法 选取2019年6月至2021年6月于我院行腹腔镜胃癌根治术的94例胃癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各47例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用基于FTS理念的医护一体化护理干预。比较两组患者的术后恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果 观察组的肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为4.26%,明显低于对照组的17.02%(P<0.05)。结论 基于FTS理念的医护一体化护理干预能够加快腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后恢复,降低其并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the influence of integrated nursing intervention based on fast track surgery(FTS)concept on postoperative recovery and incidence of complications of patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.Methods 94 cases of patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received integrated nursing intervention based on FTS concept.The postoperative recovery and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The anal exhaust time,out-of-bed activity time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.26%,significantly lower than 17.02%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrated nursing intervention based on FTS concept can accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,and reduce the incidence of complications.
