精细化护理对结直肠癌手术患者术后胃肠功能及凝血功能的影响

Influence of Meticulous Nursing on Gastrointestinal Function and Coagulation Function of Patients after Colorectal Cancer Surgery

目的 探讨精细化护理对结直肠癌手术患者术后胃肠功能及凝血功能的影响。方法 选择2018年10月至2021年3月于我院行结直肠癌手术的96例患者,随机分为对照组与研究组各48例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受精细化护理,对比两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况、住院时间、凝血功能和护理满意度。结果 研究组的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、 D-二聚体(D-D)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度为97.92%,高于对照组的85.42%(P<0.05)。结论 精细化护理能够有效改善结直肠癌手术患者术后胃肠功能及凝血功能,提升护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the influence of meticulous nursing on gastrointestinal function and coagulation function of patients after colorectal cancer surgery.Methods 96 patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery in our hospital from October 2018 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received meticulous nursing.The recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function,hospitalization time,coagulation function and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The bowel sound recovery time,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the fibrinogen(Fbg),D-dimer(D-D)and von Willebrand factor(vWF)levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of study group was 97.92%,higher than 85.42%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Meticulous nursing can effectively improve postoperative gastrointestinal function,coagulation function and nursing satisfaction degree of patients after colorectal cancer surgery,which is worthy of promotion.
