寒喘祖帕颗粒联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗支气管哮喘患儿的效果

Effects of Hanchuan Zupa granules combined with Budesonide suspension for inhalation on children with bronchial asthma

目的:观察寒喘祖帕颗粒联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗支气管哮喘(哮喘)患儿的效果。方法:回顾性分析2018—2020年驻马店广济医院收治的82例哮喘患儿的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组各41例。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:寒喘祖帕颗粒联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗哮喘患儿,可提高治疗总有效率和肺功能指标水平,效果优于单纯吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Hanchuan Zupa granules combined with Budesonide suspension for inhalation on children with bronchial asthma.Methods:The clinical data of 82 children with asthma admitted to Guangji Hospital of Zhumadian from 2018 to 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group with 41 cases in each.Both groups were given conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Budesonide suspension for inhalation,while the observation group was treated with Hanchuan Zupa granules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the lung function index levels[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),FEV_(1)/FVC]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than 75.61%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Hanchuan Zupa granules combined with Budesonide suspension for inhalation for the children with asthma can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the levels of lung function indexes.Moreover,it is superior to single Budesonide suspension for inhalation treatment.
