中药热敷联合平衡针治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者的效果

Effects of Chinese medicine hot compress and balanced acupuncture on neck,Shoulder,shoulder,waist and leg pain

目的:探讨中药热敷联合平衡针治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者的效果。方法:选取92例颈肩腰腿痛患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组采用平衡针法治疗,观察组在其基础上联合中药热敷治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率,治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分、起效时间和疼痛消失时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.30%(42/46),高于对照组的76.09%(35/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,BI评分高于对照组,起效时间和疼痛消失时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药热敷联合平衡针治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者效果确切,可有效减轻患者疼痛,加快症状缓解,提高其日常生活能力,效果优于单用平衡针治疗。

Objective:To explore effects of Chinese medicine hot compress and balanced acupuncture on neck,Shoulder,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods:92 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group with 46 cases each according to the random number table.The control group was treated with balanced acupuncture,while the observation group was combined with Chinese medicine hot compress on the basis of that of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the Barthel index(BI)score,the onset time and the pain disappearance time was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 91.30%(42/46),which was higher than 76.09%(35/46)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the BI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the onset time and pain disappearance time were shorter than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Chinese medicine hot compress combined with balanced acupuncture is effective in the treatment of the patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,which can effectively reduce the pain of the patients,accelerate the relief of symptoms,and improve the ability of daily living.Moreover,it is superior to single balanced acupuncture treatment.
