基于ADOPT问题解决模式的护理在正颌手术患者围术期中的应用效果

Application effects of ADOPT problem-solving model-based nursing on patients with orthognathic surgeries during the perioperative period

目的:观察基于ADOPT问题解决模式的护理在正颌手术患者围术期中的应用效果。方法:选取114例行正颌手术的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各57例。对照组围术期采用常规护理,观察组围术期采用基于ADOPT问题解决模式的护理,比较两组护理前后负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]、生命质量和术后并发症发生率。结果:护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心理障碍、社交障碍评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为5.26%,低于对照组的17.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于ADOPT问题解决模式的护理应用于正颌手术患者围术期,可降低负性情绪评分、生命质量评分和术后并发症发生率,效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of ADOPT problem-solving model-based nursing on patients with orthognathic surgeries during the perioperative period.Methods:114 patients with orthognathic surgeries were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,57 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period,while the observation group was given the ADOPT problem-solving model-based nursing.The negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score],the quality of life and the postoperative complications were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of mental disorder and social disorder in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 5.26%,which was lower than 17.54%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The ADOPT problem-solving model-based nursing on the patients with orthognathic surgeries during the perioperative period can reduce the negative emotion score,the quality of life score and the postoperative complications.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
