摘要
本文根据电梯触头材料使用工况的特殊性:高硬度和较低的电阻率,同时具有高可靠性及较高使用寿命。依据笔者多年的电碳制品生产经验,首先优化材料配方,并创新性的采用烧结再加复压工艺研制出J100A新材料。
According to the particularity of the working condition of elevator contact material:high hardness and low resistivity,At the same time,it has high reliability and high service life.According to the author for many yearsExperience in the production of electric carbon products,first optimize the material formula,and innovatively adopt sintering and re sintering J100A new material was developed by adding and re pressing process.
