摘要
风力发电中碳刷的磨耗寿命,受集电环状态、运行环境,弹簧压力,电流密度等诸多因素影响。在集电环、刷架等都为全新产品,运行环境又无法完全受控的情况下,碳刷运行电流密度对碳刷运行时的温度影响较大,进而影响其使用寿命。
The wear life of carbon brush in wind power generation is affected by many factors such as collector ring state,operating environment,spring pressure and current density.The current density of carbon brush has a great influence on its temperature during operation and then affects its service life in the condition of collector ring,brush rack and so on are new products,and the operating environment can not be completely controlled.
