针灸防治反复种植失败的研究进展

Research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in prevention and treatment of recurrent implantation failure

体外受精-胚胎移植(In vitro fertilization–embryo transfer,IVF-ET)技术的应用在推动辅助生殖技术迅猛发展的同时为越来越多不孕不育夫妇解决了生育难题,但是由于母体年龄、胚胎质量、子宫内膜容受性和免疫等因素导致许多患者在IVF-ET中出现反复种植失败(Recurrent Implantation Failure,RIF)的状况。针灸作为传统医学极具特色和代表性的治疗方式被国内外生殖领域专家逐渐接受并应用于RIF的预防和治疗之中。笔者查阅国内外相关文献,将针灸在RIF中的应用研究进展进行综述。

In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)technology application in promoting the rapid development of assisted reproductive technology at the same time for the family more and more infertile couples has solved the difficult problem,but because of maternal age,embryo quality and endometrial receptive and immune factors lead to many patients appear recurrent implantation failure(RIF).Acupuncture and moxibustion,as a very characteristic and representative treatment of traditional medicine,has been gradually accepted by domestic and foreign experts in the field of reproduction and applied in the prevention and treatment of RIF.The author reviewed relevant literatures at home and abroad,and summarized the research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in RIF as follows.
