巴戟天北移引种后药材质量评价

摘要 目的探索北移引种后巴戟天的药材质量,为巴戟天的适宜区种植提供科学依据。方法将广东德庆巴戟天北移引种到韶关翁源县,采用HPLC-ELSD法测定不同生长年限样品中6种寡糖类成分的含量,对植株外形及药材有效成分进行评价。结果北移引种后巴戟天生长良好,藤蔓茂盛,根条短粗,1年生、2年生、3年生、4年生巴戟天药材中耐斯糖含量分别为54.84、59.83、65.49、64.12 mg·g^(-1),以3年生巴戟天含量最高。结论巴戟天北移引种后生长状况良好,有效成分含量高,表明初步引种成功,可作为药用巴戟天进行探讨。研究结果可以为后续引种试验及巴戟天适宜区种植提供参考。 Objective To explore the quality of medicinal materials of Morinda officinalis after its introduction to north Guangdong, and to provide scientific basis for the planting of Morinda officinalis. Methods The Morinda officinalis from Guangdong Deqing was introduced to Wengyuan County, Shaoguan, then the contents of 6 oligosaccharides in samples of different growth years were determined by HPLC-ELSD method, and the appearance and the effective components of medicinal materials were evaluated. Results Morinda officinalis grew well after introduction, and the vines were lush and the roots were short and thick. The nystose content of 1-year-old, 2-year-old, 3-year-old, and 4-year-old Morinda officinalis was 54.84, 59.83, 65.49, 64.12 mg·g^(-1), respectively, and the content of 3-year old was the highest. Conclusion Morinda officinalis had good growth and high content of active ingredients after its introduction, indicating that the initial introduction was successful and it could be discussed as a medicinal Morinda officinalis. The results of this study can provide references for subsequent introduction tests and cultivation of Morinda officinalis in suitable areas.
