摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定僵蚕及其附属物中白僵菌素的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C;(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(75∶25)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为215 nm,柱温为30℃。结果白僵菌素在0.01~0.12 mg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)=0.9999)。从整体上看,不同产地僵蚕中白僵菌素含量有一定差异,以云南最高,广西最低;僵蚕附属物(蚕砂、外粉)含有少量的白僵菌素。结论所建立的方法准确、简便、重复性良好,可用于僵蚕的质量评价。僵蚕的质量参差不齐,僵蚕附属物有作为生物防治的潜力。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of beauvericin in Bombyx Batryticatus and its appendages.Methods Using Diamonsil C;column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with a mobile phase of ACN and water(75:25).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The parameters of detector wavelength was set at 215 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 30℃.Results the linear relationship of beauvericin was good(R;=0.9999)in the range of 0.01~0.12 mL·min;.On the whole,the content of beauvericin in different origin places is different,Yunnan’s is the highest,Guizhou’s is the lowest;the appendages of Bombyx Batryticatus such as silkworm faeces and external powder contain a small amount of beauvericin.Conclusion The method was accurate,simple and repeatable,and can be used for the quality evaluation of Bombyx Batryticatus.The quality of the Bombyx Batryticatus was uneven,and its appendages have potential as biological control.
