环保企业的协同战略模式——基于扎根理论的探索性研究

Synergistic Strategy Patterns of Environmental Protection Enterprises: An Exploratory Study Based on Grounded Theory

从城乡绿色发展战略与企业协同发展趋势的现实背景出发,根据理论抽样原则选取“中国环保之乡”江苏省宜兴市的9家环保企业作为研究样本,运用扎根理论研究方法,总结提炼环保企业的协同战略模式。研究发现:环保企业会根据自身发展定位选择不同类型协同战略,主要呈现为共识企业集群、互补契约联盟、资本纽带联盟、企业赋能平台、互联生态平台5种典型模式,不同模式下的企业协同系统可以在序参量役使作用下实现自组织演化。研究结论有助于拓宽企业协同战略研究的现有视角、丰富本土情境下企业的协同战略研究,对环保企业长期协同发展具有重要指导意义。

According to the realistic background of the national green development strategy and the collaborative development trend of enterprises,and based on the theoretical sampling principle,this paper selects 9 environmental protection enterprises from Yixing City,Jiangsu Province as research samples,uses grounded theory to analyze the framework of the whole research and summarizes the synergistic strategy patterns of these enterprises.The research finds that the synergistic strategy of environmental protection enterprises comes down to five main types,including consensus enterprise cluster,complementary contract alliance,capital link alliance,enterprise enabling platform and interconnected ecological platform.In addition,synergistic systems of different strategic patterns can achieve self-organization evolution under the action of order parameter.The research conclusions can broaden the existing perspectives of corporate synergistic strategy research,and enrich the research scenarios of the strategy in the local context,which have important guiding significance for the long-term collaborative development of environmental protection enterprises.
