Congenital hair collar sign

报告1例先天性毛发领圈征。患儿女,7个月。头皮片状秃发7个月。皮肤科检查:头顶后中线处可见直径约2cm圆形萎缩性斑片,境界清楚,未见毛囊开口,其边缘毛发较其他区域毛发颜色深、发干粗,并呈放射状排列,斑片触之较软,有囊性感。皮肤镜检查:病变部位表皮菲薄,中心可见色素增加及增生的毛细血管,未见毛囊结构,秃发区边缘毛发发干呈轻度放射状排列。诊断:先天性毛发领圈征。

A case of congenital hair collar sign is reported. A 7-month-old female presented with flaky scalp alopecia for 7 months. Physical examination showed that a round atrophic patch with a diameter of about 2 cm was located at the midline of the back of the head, with a clear boundary. There was no hair follicle opening on the patch. The hair on the edge of the patch was darker and thicker than that in other areas, and was arranged radially. The patch was soft and cystic. Dermoscopy showed thin epidermis, hyperpigmentation of capillaries, no hair follicle structure, hair shaft on the edge of patches arranged in a light radial. The diagnosis of congenital hair collar sign was made.
