三角洲地区空间分析与规划研究——由荷兰三角洲与珠江三角洲实践引发的思考 被引量:1

摘要 首先从空间结构演进、历次空间规划的转型、特色节点项目的实施三个方面剖析近年来荷兰三角洲与我国珠江三角洲空间分析与规划的实践,并从基底条件、分析与规划理论、韧性转型三个方面展开综合分析。其次,从理解复杂适应性系统理论、以系统韧性作为分析与规划评价的标准、以系统内在机理为分析与规划基础以及分析规划与管理措施相结合四个方面提出未来三角洲地区空间分析与规划的基本原则。最后,基于上述原则,从单元划分与研究问题的选择、科学研究空间结构、构建适应性分析与规划路径三个方面进一步提出未来三角洲地区空间分析与规划的要点,旨在通过研究为未来三角洲地区空间分析与规划提供有益借鉴。 The spatial analysis and planning of deltas and other sensitive regions should focus on the coordination of regional economic development and natural environmental conditions.Therefore,this paper firstly analyses the practical works of spatial analysis planning in the Dutch Delta and the Pearl River Delta in recent years from three aspects:the evolution of spatial structure,the transformation of previous spatial planning and the implementation of key projects.A comprehensive analysis of the spatial analysis and planning of delta regions are carried out.Secondly,the basic principles of spatial analysis and planning in the future delta regions are proposed from four aspects:understanding the theory of complex adaptive systems,taking system resilience as the main criterion for analysis and planning evaluation,taking the internal mechanism of the system as analysis and planning basis,and combining analysis and planning measures and management measures.Finally,based on above principles,the main points of spatial analysis and planning in the future delta regions are further proposed from three aspects:research unit division and research question selection,spatial structure exploration,and adaptive pathway construction.This paper aims to provide a useful reference for the future delta regions.
