避孕节育技术服务提供者避孕知识认知情况及影响因素分析

Analysis on contraceptive knowledge cognition and its influencing factors of contraceptive service providers

目的了解新时期避孕节育技术服务提供者(以下简称"服务提供者")避孕知识认知情况及其影响因素,为进一步提升服务能力提供依据。方法依托全国避孕药具不良反应监测网络体系,于2020年9月24日至10月9日对监测点服务提供者进行网络问卷调查。结果共收集有效问卷2006份,避孕知识认知及格率为94.12%,优良率为46.46%。10个问题中,正确率最低为3.14%,最高为72.58%,其中9个问题的正确率低于60.00%。单因素分析发现,年龄、性别、学历、生育状况、所在机构类别、工作岗位、工作年限、职称、近5年培训次数对服务提供者避孕认知均有影响(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,避孕认知情况与性别、学历、所在机构类别、工作岗位、职称、近5年培训次数有关(P<0.05)。结论服务提供者避孕知识掌握情况不容乐观,应通过加强指南的宣传、建立培训和考核制度、强化培训力度、加强分类指导等措施进一步提升。

Objective To understand the mastery status of contraception knowledge of contraceptive service providers and its affection factors,in order to improve service ability in the future.Methods The anonymous online questionnaire survey was conducfed from septerber 24 to octobe 9,2020 based on the national contraceptive adverse drug reaction monitoring network.Results A total of 2006 valid questionnaires were collected.The total pass rate of contraceptive knowledge was 94.12%,and the excellent rate was 46.46%.Among the 10 questions,the lowest accuracy rate was 3.14%,the highest was 72.58%,and the accuracy rate of 9 questions was lower than 60.00%.There were significant differences at age,gender,education,fertility status,work unit,work position,working years,professional title and training times in recent 5 years between excellent group and non-excellent group(P<0.05);multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that whether contraceptive cognition excellent or not was significantly related to gender,education,work unit,work position,professional title and training times in recent 5 years(P<0.05).Conclusion The status of contraceptive knowledge of contraceptive service providers is not optimistic.It should be further improved by increasing the publicity of the guidelines,establishing training and assessment system,strengthening training efforts,and providing classified guidance.
