“实践取向”视域下的高师学科专业课程检视与改造 被引量:9

摘要 "实践取向"是近年来我国教师教育课程的主导取向之一,作为教师教育课程的一种,高师学科专业课程也应秉持"实践取向"。由于学术传统的因袭以及高校评价制度等因素的影响,高师学科专业课程还普遍存在课程设置偏离教师专业的实践指向、课程知识与教师专业实践需求错位、课程实施忽视师范生实践素质培养等"实践迷失"现象。以实践为导向改革和优化教师教育课程,很有必要对高师学科专业课程进行一番"实践化"改造,使其课程设置更加符合"教师专业"的实践逻辑,课程知识更能回应教师专业实践的需求,课程实施更加注重"实践元素"和实践路径的开掘。 “Practice orientation” is the dominant orientation of the teacher educational curriculum in China in recent years. As one of the teacher educational curriculum, the major courses in higher pedagogical education is expected to hold “practice orientation”. However, due to academic tradition and the college evaluation system, the phenomenon of “practice-losing” is widespread in the realm of major courses in higher pedagogical education:(1)curriculum setting deviates from the practice orientation;(2)Curriculum knowledge misplaced the requirements of professional practice for teachers;(3)Curriculum implementation deviates from practice and also neglects teachers’ practical quality training. In order to promote the practice-oriented reform and optimize the teacher education curriculum, it is necessary to carry out a “practical” transformation of the subject curriculum in normal universities, so that the curriculum is more in line with the practical logic of teacher professionalism, the curriculum knowledge can better respond to the needs of teachers’ professional practice, and the curriculum implementation pays more attention to the exploration of “practical elements”.
