摘要
以羊只饲喂机器人为研究对象,基于响应面法对输送机构的主要构件螺旋输送轴的结构进行优化。对螺旋输送轴进行受力分析,应用SolidWorks软件建立螺旋输送轴三维模型,采用响应面法建立响应面模型,通过多目标遗传算法得出在螺旋输送轴轴径为50 mm,螺距为140 mm,叶片厚度为2.7 mm的条件下,螺旋输送轴的质量减轻、体积减小。经过实际运行证明,通过结构优化提高了螺旋输送轴的单位输送效率。
Taking the sheep feeding robot as the research object,the structure of the main component of the conveying mechanism-the screw conveying shaft was optimized based on the response surface method.The force of the screw conveying shaft was analyzed,the SolidWorks software was used to establish the three-dimensional model of the screw conveying shaft,and the response surface method was used to build the response surface model.Through the multi-objective genetic algorithm,under the condition that the shaft diameter of the screw conveying shaft is 50 mm,the screw pitch is 140 mm,and the blade thickness is 2.7 mm,the weight and volume of the screw conveying shaft are reduced.The actual operation proved that the unit conveying efficiency of the screw conveying shaft was improved through structural optimization.
