摘要
根据全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛中无碳小车的设计要求,结合模块化理念,利用SolidWorks软件,基于凸轮机构对8字S轨迹无碳小车进行了设计。通过分析无碳小车的任务轨迹,设计得到无碳小车的参数,应用MATLAB软件进行数据优化与轨迹仿真,输出无碳小车的凸轮轮廓。基于理论数据加工制作无碳小车实物,进行试验调试。在凸轮机构与其它机构的配合下,经过试验调试的无碳小车运行平稳,可以精确行驶出8字S轨迹。
According to the design requirements of the carbon-free trolley in the National College Students’Engineering Training Comprehensive Ability Competition,combined with the modular concept,using SolidWorks software,the 8-S track carbon-free trolley was designed based on the cam mechanism.By analyzing the task trajectory of the carbon-free trolley,the parameters of the carbon-free trolley were designed,and the MATLAB software was used for data optimization and trajectory simulation,and the cam profile of the carbon-free trolley was output.Based on theoretical data,the actual carbon-free trolley was processed to test and debug.With the cooperation of the cam mechanism and other mechanisms,the carbon-free trolley that has been tested and debugged runs smoothly and can accurately drive the 8-S track.
