“互联网+护理”上门服务中护士人身安全存在的隐患及对策分析

Analysis on the hidden dangers and countermeasures of nurses′personal safety in the door-to-door service of"Internet+nursing"

随着“互联网+”信息技术的快速发展,“互联网+护理”对我国护理事业的发展起了重要的推动作用。本文介绍了“互联网+护理”上门服务发展的背景和意义,分析了目前我国“互联网+护理”上门服务中护士人身安全现状,主要面临安全防范制度不完善、培训不到位、护士应急处置能力不足,以及平台建设中缺乏事前预防机制等问题,导致上门服务中护士人身安全风险高于医院执业。针对现状提出改进措施,通过完善法律体系构建、医疗机构加强上门护士执业资格准入管理、强化上门护士安全意识培养及应急处置能力培训、建立上门服务协议管理机制、上门前远程会诊提前介入、优化第三方机构平台建设等一系列举措,发挥政府、医院及平台的三方合力优势,降低护士上门执业风险,保障护患安全,推动“互联网+护理”上门服务的健康发展。

With the rapid development of"Internet+"information technology,"Internet+nursing"has played an important role in promoting the development of China′s nurse industry.This paper introduces the background and significance of the development of door-to-door service of"Internet+nursing",and analyze the present situation of nurses′personal safety in the door-to-door service of"Internet+nursing"in China.It is mainly faced with some problems,such as imperfect safety prevention system,inadequate training,lack of emergency response ability of nurses,and lack of prior prevention mechanism in the construction of the platform,which leads to the personal safety risk of nurses in door-to-door service is higher than that of hospital practice.In view of the current situation,this paper puts forward a series of measures,such as perfecting the construction of legal system,strengthening the access management of professional qualification of door-to-door nurses in medical institutions,strengthening the training of safety awareness and emergency handling ability of door-to-door nurses,establishing the management mechanism of door-to-door service agreement,intervening in advance of remote consultation before door-to-door,optimizing the construction of third-party organization platform and so on.Through the tripartite joint efforts of the government,the hospital and the platform,reduce the risk of door-to-door practice of nurses,ensure the safety of nurses and patients,and promote the healthy development of"Internet+nursing"door-to-door service.
