慕课结合CBL、PBL教学法在传染病学临床见习中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨慕课(MOOC)结合以问题为基础的教学(PBL)及以案例为基础的教学法(CBL)在传染病学临床见习中的应用效果。方法选取西南医科大学2017级临床医学专业本科学生65人作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为试验组(33例)和对照组(32例)。试验组采用MOOC结合PBL、CBL的混合教学模式,对照组实施传统的讲授教学法(LBL)结合CBL教学法。比较两组的案例分析及操作考核成绩,调查两组学生对教学效果的评价。结果试验组的操作考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组的案例分析题得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组各方面的满意度评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传染病学临床见习中应用MOOC结合PBL、CBL的混合式教学模式,能提高学生的学习兴趣和主观能动性,提高临床教学效果,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application of massive open online course(MOOC)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in epidemiology clinical practice teaching.Methods A total of 65 clinical medical undergraduate students of class of 2017 from Southwest Medical University were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group(33 cases)and control group(32 cases)by drawing lots.The experimental group adopted MOOC combined with PBL and CBL mixed teaching mode,while the control group adopts traditional lecture-based learning(LBL)combined with CBL teaching method.The two groups were compared in case analysis and operation assessment,and the evaluation of the two groups of students on the teaching effect was investigated.Results The performance of the test group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),there was no statistical significance in the scores of case analysis questions between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction evaluation of all aspects in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The mixed teaching mode of MOOC combined with PBL and CBL in epidemiology clinical practice teaching could stimulated students′learning interest and subjective initiative,improved the quality and effect,which is worthy promoting.
