摘要
目的构建“订单式”人才培养模式下高职院校老年护理方向课程体系。方法运用现场访谈法、问卷调查法、专家函询方法对川渝两地养老机构进行调研,明确岗位胜任能力指标,通过小组讨论法设计课程构建框架、构建课程体系。结果通过两轮咨询,确定高职老年护理岗位胜任能力指标,设计课程构建框架,并确立高职老年护理方向的能力进阶式的特色化课程体系,其中公共基础模块9门,专业基础课6门,专业核心课程7门,专业拓展课程6门。结论构建以岗位胜任能力为核心的“订单式”高职老年护理课程体系,为高职老年护理方向人才培养实践研究提供依据。
Objective To build a curriculum system for the elderly nursing direction in higher vocational colleges under the"order-based"talent training model.Methods On-site interviews,questionnaire surveys,and expert letter inquiries was used to investigate elderly care institutions in Sichuan and Chongqing.Job competency indicators was clarified and the original subject system curriculum was deconstructed.The curriculum construction framework was designed and the curriculum system was constructed through the group discussion.Results After two rounds of consultations and course group discussion,Competency indicators for senior nursing positions in higher vocational colleges was determined,and the curriculum construction framework was designed.A characteristic curriculum system with advanced capabilities of vocational elderly nursing direction was established.It included 9 public basic modules,6 professional basic courses,7 professional core courses,and 6 professional development courses.Conclusion Build an order-based senior vocational elderly nursing curriculum system based on job competence,which can provide a basis for the research on the training of talents in higher vocational elderly nursing.
