智能建造专业群创新型人才培养实践教学体系研究 被引量:5

摘要 “双高计划”建设背景下,专业群被摆在突出位置,培养高素质创新型技术技能人才成为职业教育的必然使命。然而,高职创新型人才培养面临着诸多实践困境:专业群缺乏系统化设计,人才培养口径窄;人才培养没有与产业发展相结合,专创融合不紧密;创新教育和创新实践结合不紧密。智能建造专业群以系统化统领专业群实施宽口径人才培养,以创新为导向构建实践课程体系,以创新发展平台托举高质量人才,实践导向创新评价体系,旨在培养德技兼备,技能融通,复合创新的创新型技术技能人才。 Under the background of“double high plan”construction,specialty groups are given prominence.Cultivating high-quali⁃ty innovative technical and skilled talents has become the inevitable mission of vocational education.However,the cultivation of in⁃novative talents in higher vocational colleges faces many practical difficulties.The specialty groups lack systematic design and the caliber of talents training is narrow;talents training is not combined with industrial development,and the integration of specialty and innovation is not close;and innovative education is not closely combined with innovative practice.The intelligent construction spe⁃cialty groups systematically lead the groups to implement wide caliber talents training,construct a practical curriculum system guid⁃ed by innovation,and support high-quality talents with an innovative development platform,and innovate evaluation system orient⁃ed by practice,aiming to cultivate innovative technical and skilled talents with both morality and technology,skills integration and compound innovation.
