摘要
赤泥是氧化铝生产所副生的废弃物,随着铝工业的迅速发展,赤泥数量日渐增多,堆存量也越来越大。据统计,每生产1吨氧化铝便会产生1~2吨左右的赤泥。赤泥的堆积,对环境造成了严重的污染,因此对赤泥的综合开发与再利用的研究势在必行。赤泥具有较高的烧失量,即在高温下易形成多孔结构,因此将赤泥用以制备多孔陶瓷滤料有望实现赤泥的资源化利用。本文综述了近年来赤泥用以制备多孔陶瓷滤料用以污水处理方面的研究,表明赤泥制备水处理用多孔滤料具有成本低、经济效益和环境效益好的优点,是具有良好前景的赤泥综合利用方向。
Red mud is a by-product of alumina production.With the rapid development of aluminum industry,the amount of red mud is increasing and the storage is also increasing.according to statistics,each ton of alumina will produce about 1~2 tons of red mud accumulation of red mud.The accumulation of red mud has caused serious pollution to the environment,so the research on the comprehensive development and reuse of red mud is imperative.Red mud has high loss on ignition,it is easy to form porous structure at high temperature.Therefore,using red mud to prepare porous ceramic filter material is expected to realize the resource utilization of red mud.The research progress on the preparation of porous ceramic filter media from red mud for sewage treatment in recent yearswas summarized.It showed that the preparation of porous filter media from red mud for water treatment had the advantages of low cost,good economic and environmental benefits.It was a promising direction of comprehensive utilization of red mud.
