镀金ITO导电玻璃的制备与二次硫醇修饰的性能研究

摘要 采用循环伏安法在氧化铟锡(ITO)导电玻璃表面上电沉积金纳米颗粒,再用十八硫醇进行二次修饰,得到硫醇修饰的ITO镀金材料。随后对此材料进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、接触角测定、紫外扫描等表征。根据XRD结果显示金粒子已成功沉积在ITO玻璃上且分布均匀;考察电沉积圈数(20~200段)对样品接触角的影响,发现140段沉积效果最好,接触角由55.52°增加到128.27°。修饰前后ITO样品的性能不同,在实际生活中可用于自清洁等方面。 Gold nanoparticles were deposited on the surface of indium tin oxide(ITO)conductive glass by cyclic voltammetry,which was modified by octadecanethiol to obtain thiol-modified ITO gold-plated sample material.Then the materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),contact Angle measurement and ultraviolet spectrophotometer.According to XRD,the gold nanoparticles were successfully deposited on the ITO conductive glass and uniformly distributed on the surface.The influence of the number of electrodeposition cycles(20~200 segments)on the contact angle of ITO sample was investigated.140 segments were found to have the best effect.It was found that the contact angle increased from 55.52°to 128.27°.The performance of ITO samples was different before and after modification.Thus,it could be used for self-cleaning and other aspects in real life.
