摘要
以大叶桃花心木(Swietenia macrophylla King)的果实向天果为材料,研究其果实正丁醇提取部位的化学成分,并确定其相应的化学结构。方法采用硅胶色谱柱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱法对正丁醇部位进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质与^(1)H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR等核磁谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定;基于INS-1细胞。对向天果中正丁醇部位的化学成分进行提取分离、鉴定,共分离得11个化合物,分别为Swietenine、khayasin T、Swietenolide、3-O-tigloylswietenolide、Anthemisol、Proceranolide、Sucrose、β-adenosine、3β-6-dihydihydcrocarapin、Febrifugine、3,6-O,O-diacetylswietenolide;其中于该植物中首次分离的化合物有2个,为Anthemisol和β-adenosine。化合物Swietenine(Stn)、Swietenolide(Std)含量远远高于其他化合物,结合文献判断为主要活性成分。
In order to study the chemical constituents of n-butanol layer from Swietenia macrophylla of fruit and to determine its corresponding chemical structure,n-butanol was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography,and the structure of the compounds was identified by ^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR and other NMR data.The chemical components of n-butanol were extracted,separated and identified,eleven compounds,Swietenine,khayasin T,Swietenolide,3-O-tigloylswietenolide,Anthemisol,Proceranolide,Sucrose,β-adenosine,3β-6-dihydihydcrocarapin,Febrifugine and 3,6-O,O-diacetylswietenolide,were obtained.The content of Swietenine(Stn)and Swietenolide(Std)was very high compared to other compounds,combined with literature as the main active ingredient.
