摘要
某空冷器在运行时,承受交变的压力载荷作用,同时在某特定工作压力条件下,出现交变的温度载荷变化,整个运行工况非常复杂。在这些复杂载荷共同作用下,该设备将面临疲劳和棘轮失效的危险。本文采用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对该空冷器的管箱进行建模,并针对其复杂的运行情况,分工况进行有限元分析,获得各载荷作用下的设备应力,并按照标准ASME Ⅷ-2相关要求进行了疲劳和棘轮评定,以确保设备满足设计要求。
When an air-cooler is in operation, it is subjected to alternating pressure loads. At the same time, under certain working pressure conditions, the alternating temperature load changes, and the entire operating conditions are very complicated. Under the combined action of these complex loads, the equipment will face the danger of fatigue and ratchet failure.The common finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to model the tube box of the air-cooler, and for its complex operation conditions, different load cases were analyzed by finite element method, the equipment stress under each load was obtained, and fatigue and ratchet assessment were carried out in accordance with the requirements of standard ASME Ⅷ-2 to ensure that the equipment can meet the design requirements.
