摘要
在精细化工过程及设备课程中引入化工软件CAD和Aspen Plus进行工艺流程的设计,来提高学生的学习能力。以顺丁烯二酸酐生成反应为例,引入CAD绘制的工艺流程图,在此基础上根据Aspen Plus模块增加工艺流程模拟,让学生更直观的了解课程中涉及的化学反应、分离流程等,同时对过程涉及的能量守恒和物料守恒理解更透彻,从而提高课程的生动性,提高课程教学质量,提高学生使用软件的能力。
In the study of Fine Chemical Process and Equipment,CAD and Aspen Plus were introduced to design the process flow to improve students learning ability.Maleic anhydride reaction was used as the example to explore CAD which was used to draw the process and Aspen Plus which was used to simulate the process.On the basis of software,the ability of chemical reaction,separation process,etc,as well as the processes involved in energy conservation and material conservation understand more thoroughly could be improved.
