地方院校基础化学实验教学改革的探索

Exploration of Basic Chemistry Experiment Teaching Reform on Local Colleges

以学校培养人才为终极目标,分析了基础化学实验教学的目标和任务,指出了一般地方院校基础化学实验教学存在的问题和不足,提出了改善基础化学实验教学的措施,首先是树立正确的以培养能力为核心的实验教学理念;其次是改革实验教学内容,优选“双基”实验,增加综合创新实验;第三落实教师科研项目与学生的科研及毕业论文双向优选结合;第四革新实验教学管理模式;最后提出5条提高实验教师队伍建设的建议。

Aiming at cultivating talents in schools,the objectives and tasks of Basic Chemistry experiment teaching were analyzed,out the problems and deficiencies existing in Basic Chemistryexperiment teaching in general local universitieswere pointed,and some measures to improve Basic Chemistry experiment teachingwere put forward.Theexperimental teaching content wasreformed,“double base”experimentwas optimized,comprehensive innovation experimentwas increased.Two-way optimization combinationof teachers research projects and students research and graduation thesis was implemented.The management mode of experimental teachingwas innovated.Five suggestions were put forward to improve the construction of experimental teachers.
