现代学徒制背景下高分子材料专业人才培养模式的探索

Study on Talent Training Mode of Polymer MaterialSpecialty under the Background of Modern Apprenticeship

现代学徒制作为一种新兴的职业教育制度,已成为高分子材料专业职业教育人才培养的必然趋势。本文以常州工程职业技术学院高分子材料加工技术专业(以下简称“高分子材料专业”)为例,分析了本专业实施现代学徒制的必要性和重要意义,从课程体系构建、课堂教学方式创新、“双导师”队伍建设、校内实训中心建设、教学评价方式改革等方面,对高职院校高分子材料专业实施现代学徒制提出实践策略,从而培养出能胜任企业岗位需求的高素质高技术技能型人才。

Modern apprenticeship,as a new vocational education system,has become the inevitable trend of cultivating technical and skilled talents in vocational education of Polymer Materials specialty.Taking Polymer Materials specialty of Changzhou Institute of Engineering Technology as an example,the necessity and significance of implementing modern apprenticeship were analyzed.The practice strategy of implementing modern apprenticeship for Polymer Materials specialty was presented from curriculum system construction,innovation of classroom teaching mode,“double tutors”team construction,campus training center construction and teaching evaluation reform,so as to cultivate high-quality skilled talents who can meet the needs of enterprises.
