鹿茸大补汤止咳、平喘、抗炎作用的药效学研究

Pharmacodynamics study of Lurong Dabu Decoction granule on antitussive,antiasthmatic and anti-inflammatory effects

[目的]探讨鹿茸大补汤的止咳、平喘、抗炎作用.[方法]采用枸橼酸喷雾法诱导建立豚鼠咳嗽模型,观察4.500、2.250、1.125 g/kg剂量鹿茸大补汤的止咳作用;利用乙酰胆碱诱导建立豚鼠哮喘模型,观察4.500、2.250、1.125 g/kg剂量鹿茸大补汤的平喘作用;通过建立小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀炎症模型,观察9.000、4.500、2.250 g/kg剂量鹿茸大补汤的抗炎作用.[结果]4.500、2.250、1.125 g/kg剂量鹿茸大补汤均可显著抑制豚鼠的咳嗽次数(P<0.05,P<0.01);4.500、2.250 g/kg剂量鹿茸大补汤可明显延长咳嗽潜伏期(P<0.05);4.500、2.250、1.125 g/kg剂量鹿茸大补汤均可明显抑制豚鼠的哮喘潜伏期(P<0.05,P<0.01);9.000、4.500 g/kg剂量鹿茸大补汤均可显著降低小鼠耳肿胀程度(P<0.05,P<0.01).[结论]鹿茸大补汤具有一定的止咳、平喘、抗炎作用.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the antitussive,antiasthmatic and anti-inflammatory effects of Lurong Dabu Decoction granule.METHODS The cough model of guinea pigs was induced by citric acid spray method,and the antitussive effects of Lurong Dabu Decoction granule at 4.500,2.250 and 1.125 g/kg were observed.The asthma model of guinea pigs was established by acetylcholine induction,and the antiasthmatic effects of Lurong Dabu Decoction granule at 4.500,2.250 and 1.125 g/kg were observed.The xylene-induced ear swelling and inflammation model was established in mice,and the anti-inflammatory effects of Lurong Dabu Decoction granule at 9.000,4.500 and 2.250 g/kg were observed.RESULTS The dosages of 4.500,2.250 and 1.125 g/kg of Lurong Dabu Decoction granule could significantly inhibit the cough times of guinea pigs(P<0.05,P<0.01).The dosages of 4.500 and 2.250 g/kg of Lurong Dabu Decoction granule could significantly prolong the cough latency(P<0.05).The dosages of 4.500,2.250 and 1.125 g/kg of Lurong Dabu Decoction granule could significantly inhibit the latency of asthma in guinea pigs(P<0.05,P<0.01).The dosages of 9.000 and 4.500 g/kg of Lurong Dabu Decoction granule could significantly reduce the degree of ear swelling in mice(P<0.05,P<0.01).CONCLUSION Lurong Dabu Decoction granule has certain antitussive,antiasthmatic and anti-inflammatory effects.
