摘要
慢性术后切口疼痛是手术后常见的并发症之一。本文报道1例乳腺癌根治术后慢性切口痛3个月余的难治性病例, 行短时程脊髓电刺激治疗后疼痛明显缓解。
Chronic post-surgical incision pain is one of the common postoperative complications.This paper reported one patient with chronic refractory incision pain after radical mastectomy for more than three months was successfully relieved by short-term spinal cord stimulation,and reviewed related literatures.
