摘要
以自制二氧化硅空心微球与纳米二氧化硅为隔热材料,制备了一种新型保温隔热水性涂料,并对其保温隔热性、耐碱性、耐水性、透水性等进行了研究。通过测试,涂料保温隔热性、耐碱性、耐水性、透水性等综合性能较好,能够满足应用的要求。
By taking self-made hollow silica microspheres and nano silica as functional components, a new water-based thermal insulation coating was prepared, and its thermal insulation, alkali resistance, water resistance and water permeability were studied. The test showed that the developed coating has good comprehensive properties of heat insulation, alkali resistance, water resistance and water permeability, which can meet the application requirements.
