我国传统治国理论以礼治文化为基础,礼治文化以道德约束为核心。在我国,礼治文化具有悠久的历史基因,同时在我国乡村地区具有较好的社会基础。当今德治模式与我国传统礼治有诸多相通之处,同时由于我国的具体国情的实际情况以及法治本身存在的局限性,德治模式在当前我国乡村治理具有较强社会需求,应该充分发挥道德约束对乡村治理的促进作用,积极推进国家依法治国与以德治国相结合的治国方略,实现"德法并举",进一步提升乡村治理水平。

The model of rule by virtue has many similarities with traditional virtue in China, and at the same time, due to the influence of China’s specific national conditions and the limitations of the rule by law itself, it has a strong reference to the current social governance in China.
