价值观引领下的大学生厌学问题探索与分析——以衡水学院为例

The Exploration and Analysis of College Students’ Learning Weariness under the Guidance of Values——Taking Hengshui University as an Example

厌学是目前学风建设中的关键问题,经调查衡水学院部分学生在学习过程中,由于价值观的偏差及对所考院校不满意,对所学专业不感兴趣,没有良好的作息习惯而导致生活懒散等行为,表现出学习目标不明确、学习态度不端正、沉迷网络游戏、存在侥幸心理,试图投机取巧,导致无法诚信考试等不良现象,究其根源,辨证施治,以正确的价值观引导学生,以严格的管理制度做保障,做到疏导与严管相结合,同时辅以科学合理的激励机制,从而激发起学生的学习热情,形成克己自律、奋发学习的良好学风。

Learning weariness is the key problem in the construction of study style. After the investigation of Hengshui University, some students in the process of learning, due to the deviation of values and the dissatisfaction with the university,are not interested in their major, do not have good work and rest habits and lead to lazy life and other bad behaviors. They show themselves having no clear learning goals, having incorrect learning attitude, being addicted to online games, having fluke psychology, trying to be opportunistic, and leading to be unable to take faithful examination and other bad phenomena.What we should do is to investigate its root cause, use dialectic treatment, guide the students with the right values, guarantee with a strict management system, combine guidance and strict management, accompany by a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism, so as to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning and form a good style of self-discipline and study hard.
