大学生科普志愿服务团队培育研究——以衡水学院为例

Research on the Cultivation of University Students’ Volunteer Service Team of Science Popularization——Taking Hengshui University as an Example

以衡水学院为例对地方应用技术大学的大学生科普志愿服务团队的培育进行调研发现,地方应用技术高校大学生科普志愿服务团队存在岗前培训不系统、人员随意组合、服务质量差等问题。造成这些问题的原因是部分师生对科普志愿服务认识不足、缺少科普课程体系及相关专业教师、机制不够健全等。对此,地方应用技术大学的人才培养目标要立足地方特色、设置特色科普课程、培养科普师资队伍、以文理不同学科方向对选拔出的科普志愿者进行分类培养,构建以学科为龙头、以课程为载体、以社会需求为目标的大学生科普志愿服务团队培育模式。同时,创新教学方法,加强过程管理,健全管理机制,完善保障、考核激励等制度,推进科普志愿服务可持续发展。

Taking Hengshui University as an example, this paper investigates the cultivation of university students’ science popularization volunteer service team in local applied technology universities. It is found that there are some problems in University students’ science popularization volunteer service team in local applied technology universities, such as unsystematic pre-job training, random combination of personnel, poor service quality and so on. The reasons for these problems are that some teachers and students have insufficient understanding of science popularization voluntary service, lack popular science curriculum system and relevant professional teachers, and imperfect mechanism etc.. Therefore, the talent training objectives of local applied technology universities should be based on local characteristics, set up characteristic popular science courses, cultivate popular science teachers, classify and train the selected popular science volunteers in different disciplines of Arts and science, and build a cultivation model of university students’ popular science volunteer service team with disciplines as the leader, courses as the carrier and social needs as the goal. At the same time, we should innovate teaching methods and strengthen process management, improve the management mechanism, improve the security,assessment and incentive systems, and promote the sustainable development of science popularization voluntary services.
