2020年,教育部正式批准设立衡水学院柴可夫斯基国际音乐艺术学院。该院的成立开启了衡水学院中外合作办学新篇章,对激活学校发展活力、服务地方社会发展意义深远。该院坚持走师资队伍国际化、合作办学中国特色化、学生跨文化能力培养与提升优质化的特色发展道路。未来发展,仍要坚持突出品牌建设、扩大办学影响,突出服务功能、助力区域发展,拓展交流空间、加强文化传播。

In 2020, the Ministry of Education officially approved the establishment of Tchaikovsky International Academy of Music and Art of Hengshui University. The establishment of it has opened a new chapter in Hengshui University’s Sinoforeign cooperation in running schools, which is of far-reaching significance for activating the univesity’s development vitality and serving local social development. The Academy adheres to the characteristic development path through internationalization of the teaching staff, the Chinese characteristics of cooperation in running schools, and the high quality about cultivation and improvement of the students’ cross-cultural competence. In its future development, it is necessary to emphasize brand building to expand school influence, highlight service functions to help regional development, and expand communication space to enhance cultural dissemination.
