外伴热管安装导热型材优化方案在硫磺输送管道中的应用

摘要 介绍了液硫的特性并分析传统蒸汽夹套伴热设计的优缺点,提出了外伴热管安装导热型材的伴热优化方案,并利用FLUENT软件对传热特性进行数值模拟分析,为伴热优化设计提供理论依据。茂名石化新建15万t/a硫磺回收装置中液硫输送管线的应用实例表明,外伴热管安装导热型材的伴热优化方案可以优化伴热工艺,满足液硫输送工艺需求,实现替代蒸汽夹套伴热。 This paper introduces the characteristics of liquid sulfur and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional steam jacket heat tracing design. It proposes a heat tracing optimization plan for installing heat conduction profiles on the external heat tracing tube. Optimal design provides theoretical basis. The application example of the liquid sulfur transportation pipeline in the newly built 150,000-ton/year sulfur recovery unit of Maoming Petrochemical shows that the heat tracing optimization plan of installing heat-conducting profiles on the external heat tracing pipe can optimize the heat tracing process,meet the needs of the liquid sulfur transportation process,and replace the steam jacket Heat Tracing.
