摘要
在我国市场经济不断发展的背景下,对于油田勘探的研究也在不断深入,各大油田在钻井施工中也在不断对原有的技术进行革新,并且在深度和规模上也在日益扩大。深井钻完井施工与中深井钻完井和浅层钻完井之间是存在很大差异的,而且在施工过程中会遇到很多困难,最常见的如循环压力大,井底温度高等,这些常见的问题都会给施工过程带来很多不便。对此,在当前的深井钻完井施工过程中,如何科学、高效的提升施工水平已经成为施工单位关注的工作重点。基于此,文章主要围绕深井钻完井施工过程中机械钻速低、事故复杂多样、固井质量差、钻井周期长等特点,再对深井钻完井施工中遇到的地层压力、研磨性、地层温度等方面的技术要点进行了分析,并针对一些难点问题提出了一系列相应的可行性对策,对提升深井钻完井施工效率和质量都起到了十分积极的作用。
In the context of the continuous development of my country’s market economy,research on oilfield exploration is also deepening,and major oilfields are also constantly innovating the original technology during drilling operations,and they are also expanding in depth and scale. There is a big difference between deep well drilling and completion construction and medium-deep well drilling and completion and shallow drilling and completion,and many difficulties will be encountered during the construction process. The most common ones are high circulation pressure and high bottom hole temperature. These common problems will bring a lot of inconvenience to the construction process. In this regard,in the current deep well drilling and completion construction process,how to improve the level of construction more scientifically and efficiently has become the focus of the work of the construction unit. Based on this,the article mainly focuses on the characteristics of low ROP,complicated and diverse accidents,poor cementing quality,and long drilling cycle during the construction of deep well drilling and completion. The technical points of formation temperature and other aspects are analyzed,and a series of corresponding feasible countermeasures are put forward for some difficult problems,which have played a very positive role in improving the efficiency and quality of deep well drilling and completion.
