延长杆式抽油泵检泵周期技术研究应用

摘要 通过对杆式抽油泵支撑座密封和固定方式的改进研究,发现改进型顶、底双固定杆式抽油泵的密封稳固性都有所提高,能够减少泵故障。另外,通过研究杆式抽油泵配套衬里油管、防磨蚀抽油杆等保护油管的防偏磨技术,能够有效降低磨损影响,也为实现杆式抽油泵不动管柱作业,延长检泵周期提供有力的技术保障。 This article Through the research on the improvement of the sealing and fixing mode of the support seat of the rod oil well pump,it is found that the sealing stability of the improved top and bottom double fixed rod oil well pump is improved,which can reduce the pump failure. In addition,by studying the anti eccentric wear technology of the supporting lining oil pipe of the rod oil well pump and the anti-wear sucker rod,it can effectively reduce the impact of wear,and also provide a strong technical guarantee for realizing the fixed string operation of the rod oil well pump and prolonging the pump inspection cycle.
