摘要
二合一加热炉是油气集输过程中广泛使用的加热设备,其中火筒式加热炉具有结构简单、制造容易、使用方便等优点,被油田广泛采用。但随着三元复合驱技术的广泛应用,加热炉内部结垢严重,部分加热炉因火筒烧损或腐蚀而需要维修,甚至造成重大火灾事故,给油田生产带来了极大的安全隐患,也给油田造成了巨大的经济损失。针对三元复合驱二合一加热炉烧损的问题,通过对加热炉烧损原因分析,从工艺调整、除垢措施、生产管理优化等方面进行研究,以达到延长加热炉使用寿命的目的,保证加热炉安全平稳运行。
Two-in-one heating furnace is widely used in the process of oil and gas gathering and transportation,the burnertype heating furnace is widely used in oil fields because of its simple structure,easy manufacture and convenient use. But with the wide application of ASP flooding technology,the scaling inside the heating furnace is serious,and some of the heating furnaces need to be repaired because of the burning damage or corrosion of the fire tube,even causing a major fire accident,which brings great hidden danger to the oil field production,it has also caused huge economic losses to the oil fields. Therefore,in view of the burning loss of the two-in-one heating furnace of ASP flooding,this paper studies the burning loss of the heating furnace from the aspects of process adjustment,scale removal measures and production management optimization,etc.,in order to extend the service life of the heating furnace,to ensure the safe and stable operation of the heating furnace.
